Rachel and I bought a replacement garbage disposal yesterday. The installation went smoothly, even though it took some time to get a new outlet wired. Unfortunately, the pipe going from the garbage disposal to the drain was about a quarter of an inch too short. Since Rachel was working a late shift, I had to wait until today before I could get the necessary parts. I spent longer than I had anticipated at the hardware store; the person helping, an electrician, was out of his element. However, between the two of us we managed to muddle through.

I finally finished scanning in all the pictures that were on display during my father-in-law's memorial service. I uploaded the pictures to my photo gallery. However, I still need to add descriptions to all of the pictures. In the meantime, feel free to review them.
