I thought I would be done with my laptop, but I was wrong. When I ordered the parts for my laptop, I also ordered some upgrades: The original battery is dying, so I got another. Rachel wanted to get a portable DVD player to watch movies on vacation. However, I figured that it would be cheaper to buy a DVD drive for the laptop to replace the CD drive. That way, we get the benefit of a larger screen. Lastly, I bought some additional memory.
When my wife and I lived in Northern California, there was an oil change chain that I used to frequent. We would drive into one of the bays, tell them what we wanted, and be on our way. It would only take between ten and fifteen minutes (depending on the number of customers). We did not even have to get out of the truck. They would wash the windows, replace wiper blades, lubricate all the door locks and hinges, check tire pressure, etc. They even provided free beverages.

Last week I noticed that the laptop has problems opening and closing. As the laptop normally sets open on my desk, this is not an issue. However, it could be a big issue on the road. In addition, if there is any damage, I do not want to exacerbate the problem.
